Meet LaTonja Autrey

LaTonja Autrey, M.S., ALC, NCC

Under the Supervision of Sara Kennedy, EdS, LPC-S

With a passion for empowering individuals, I am dedicated to providing a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

I hold a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of South Alabama. I have worked in a clinical setting extensively with clients facing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and life transitions.

My approach to counseling is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based techniques. I am particularly interested in helping clients develop healthy coping strategies, improve communication skills, build resilience, and cultivate self-compassion. Whether you're navigating personal growth or seeking support through a difficult time, I am here to offer guidance, insight, and practical tools to facilitate positive change and growth.

In every session, my primary focus is fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and valued. I believe in each individual's inherent strength and resilience, and I am committed to supporting you on your journey toward greater self-awareness, healing, and fulfillment.

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, but it is also a courageous act of self-care and self-discovery. If you're ready to embark on this journey of personal growth and transformation, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation. Together, we can work towards unlocking your full potential and creating a life filled with meaning, purpose, and joy.

I believe in the power of therapy to transform lives and promote resilience. No matter what you're going through, you're not alone. Together, we can navigate your path to a brighter tomorrow.
